Types of Material
Stories that inspire uniquely theatrical events.

Especially, but not exclusively:
-Large cast or ensemble pieces
-Plays that celebrate the audience’s role in the performance event.

Seeking
-10 page submissions from full-length plays, with synopsis and character breakdown.
-Full text of 3-minute to 15-minute plays.

Production considerations
Staged readings, Within the Unknown New Play Festival, Main Events, and shorter works considered for The 5th Wall.

Facilities
Unique black box, 50x40 stage, no fly space.

Best submission time
Year-round.

Response time
6 months. Enclose SASE for submissions via USPS.
